The Electronic Frontier Foundation reports on what looks like an imminent congressional compromise on FISA legislation that would give telecommunications firms retroactive immunity.
This would be crap if it goes through – the telecoms don’t deserve immunity for their role in unlawfully spying on innocent Americans. Follow the link to contact your representative.
